In the event that any of the results and proceeds of your submissions hereunder are not deemed a “work made for hire” under Section 101 of the Copyright Act, as amended, you hereby, without additional compensation, irrevocably assign, convey and transfer to USSC all proprietary rights, including without limitation, all copyrights and trademarks throughout the universe, in perpetuity in every medium, whether now known or hereafter devised, to such material and any and all right, title and interest in and to all such proprietary rights in every medium, whether now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity. Any posted material which are reproductions of prior works by you shall be co-owned by us.
You acknowledge that USSC has the right but not the obligation to use and display any postings or contributions of any kind and that USSC may elect to cease the use and display of any such materials (or any portion thereof), at any time for any reason whatsoever.
Your Likeness in Marketing Materials as a result of Consent granted through attendance at an Event, Workshop or Retreat. Your rights are governed by a Media Release Waiver, which Universal Soul Service Corporation shall use as the basis for marketing and promotional material. This includes your image or likeness hosted in static or video format on any DrSha.com platform or third-party platform used by DrSha.com. However, you retain the right to revoke this consent at any time by writing to CustomerService@drsha.com such that the Privacy Officer can make a determination based on statutory requirements and prevailing rights. Once the determination is made, the likeness will be removed within 30 days.
Recourse and Takedowns. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under the U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by USSC infringe your copyright, you, or your agent may send to USSC a notice requesting that the material be removed or access to it be blocked. TERMINATION OF USE
Universal Soul Service Corporation may, at its sole discretion, discontinue or limit your access to its affiliated sites, particularly if it deems that you have been in violation of these Terms of Use. It may decide to refuse you any current or future use of the Site and its affiliates. It is not liable to you or any third party for this suspension.
If you wish to terminate your account or are invoking a European “right to be forgotten”, please email CustomerService@drsha.com and Privacy@drsha.com in order to terminate your account. In the event that you do so, please note that you will need to specifically indicate all media likenesses derived as a result of consent granted during a retreat, event or workshop you would like to be removed (if applicable). Copyrights granted to Universal Soul Service Corporation as a result of a License granted to us will persist due to “prevailing interest”. We will, however, endeavor to honor your wishes should you request said termination though we are under no obligation to do so.
INDEMNITY
The following applies if You access a Website from outside the EU:

PRICING
Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products or services on our site represent the full retail price listed on the product or service itself suggested by the manufacturer or supplier or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured product or service offered elsewhere.
All returned checks are subject to a returned check fee of $25.00 USD.
Credit card reversals not caused by DrSha.com are subject to a reverse charge fee of $25.00 USD.
REFUND POLICY
Your purchase of a product or service or ticket to an event may or may not provide for any refund. Each specific product, service, event or course will specify its own refund policy.
APPLICABLE LAW AND SURVIVAL
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of USSC and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. Neither this Agreement nor any rights hereunder may be assigned without the prior written consent of USSC. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely assigned by USSC to any affiliated entity or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in Toronto. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
